Sending a copyright notice

A notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) should contain:

• your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone authorized to act for the owner;
• which copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• the exact URL of each page or file on shortscandyporn.com concerned;
• your name, postal address, phone number and email;
• a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or may act for them.

After you send it

We acknowledge receipt, remove or disable the material if the notice is complete and tell you when that is done, or explain what is missing if it is not. Our target is a reply within two business days; it is a target, not a guarantee. A notice that is knowingly false can expose its sender to damages.

Posters and free openers on this site are the same public files Candy offers every visitor, used as previews of the official episodes. Rights holders can ask us to act on our copy, and should also contact Candy under its DMCA policy to deal with the original.
