Terms of use
Adults only, information only. Our figures come from Candy's public pages on the date shown, links to candy.ai earn us a commission, and once you are on candy.ai its own terms apply.
These terms cover shortscandyporn.com. Using the site means you agree to them; if you do not, please close it.
1. Age and location
The site discusses and previews AI-generated sexual content. You need to be 18 or older and allowed to view adult material under the law where you are. If that is not the case, do not use it.
2. What the site is, and is not
Candy Porn is an independent guide written by The Shorts Ledger. Candy.ai and its operator, EverAI Limited, neither run nor endorse it; our only link to them is their affiliate program. You cannot buy anything here or open an account with us.
3. Characters and real names
All Candy Shorts characters are generated by AI, and Candy's rules require users to be 18+ and say its AI content must not "bear any resemblance to minors". Where we name a real adult performer, it refers to an AI twin they licensed to Candy; they did not appear on set. Nothing here reports on anyone's real life.
4. Accuracy
Series counts, prices, free episodes and episode data reflect Candy's public pages at the check date printed on each page. Candy may change any of it, and your country, account or offer may show you something different. We provide the site as it is, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose. Confirm prices on Candy before paying. None of this is legal, financial or medical advice.
5. Affiliate links
Buttons and links that lead to candy.ai carry our affiliate code. A sign-up or purchase that follows may earn us a commission; your price does not change. The affiliate disclosure explains more.
6. Leaving the site
Following a link takes you to a service we do not control. Candy's own terms and privacy notice govern everything you do there, including subscriptions, tokens, cancellations and refunds, and we accept no responsibility for other sites, their content or their billing.
7. Names, images and our own work
Candy, Candy.ai, Candy Shorts, series and character names, posters and episode files belong to their owners; performer names belong to the performers. We use them to identify what we write about, and the posters and free openers as previews of Candy's official free episodes. The writing, tables, tools and design are ours, and short quotations with a link back are welcome. Rights holders can reach us via the contact and DMCA page.
8. Fair use of the site
No attempts to break or overload it, no scraping heavy enough to slow it down, and nothing unlawful.
9. Liability
As far as the law permits, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or of sites it links to, purchases on candy.ai included.
10. Changes
This page may be updated, and the version shown here is the one in force. Questions go to contact@shortscandyporn.com.
